Podium Diving Training Center is a high-performance diving program based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, built for athletes pursuing the highest levels of the sport.

Led by Co-Head Coaches Manny Pollard and Wenbo Chen, Podium combines individualized technical coaching, elite dryland training, strength and mobility development, competition preparation, and long-term performance planning. Our mission is to develop national champions, international competitors, Team USA athletes, and future Olympians in an environment designed for excellence.
